Compact field measurement system

Yach industry provides a series of compact field antennas to measure the serrated edge reflector with static area range (from 304.8 * 304.8mm2 to 1981.2 * 1981.2mm2). These reflectors can cover the compact field measurement from 2GHz to 200ghz, and the specific models can be selected according to the measurement requirements.

The surface accuracy RMS of these reflecting surfaces is less than 0.051 mm. The reflective surface has a large static area size (4-6 feet), which can significantly improve the thermal stability of the dark room in a completely carbon fiber structure environment. The serrated end can be customized according to the specific test application.

The compact field antenna measurement feeders of yatch industrial can be used to cover the entire 2-200 GHz frequency band, and can be evenly hit on the reflector after optimization. The feeder is a choke cylindrical waveguide, linearly polarized, and can be used in the standard waveguide band. Moreover, the feed position can be further optimized by adjusting the rotation angle. The feed antenna and mounting station are mounted on a thin mounting frame, which helps to suppress backward radiation.

Measurement capability:
The system can use a wide range of RF equipment interface, including phase and amplitude measurement from L-band to millimeter wave band. The system also includes measurement software.
The software runs on Intel's measurement workstation and provides automatic scanning settings based on measurement parameters and required outputs. The measured data can be processed in the far field to fully characterize the antenna performance and provide a data set of antenna gain, sidelobe structure, beam direction and cross polarization information.
